Founder Nicola Wilkes
I’m going to be honest with you: I’m not a fan of the ‘about me’ page…because I want this to be all about you and not me. Your growth, your expansion, your journey.
But, what I will do is share with you what I think might be helpful to you along the personal and professional development path so that you might get there quicker; with more ease. Less resistance.
Driven by a passion for helping ambitious individuals achieve meaningful success, I understand the power of building success from the inside out.
I am a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of The Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School. With training in neuroscience, transformational, and developmental coaching, I combine science-backed tools and a results-driven approach to support clients seeking growth. My coaching is both supportive and action-oriented, using diagnostic tools to provide tailored insights that drive real progress.
I believe creating a successful, fulfilling life is achievable when you expand your capacity to perform and grow. Through science-based frameworks, I help clients cultivate a growth mindset and develop daily practices aligned with their core values and purpose.
I also have a respected presence in the design industry as a journalist, with published work in Elle Decoration and Grand Designs, and have built a global coaching business with clients across the Northern Hemisphere. My commitment to clients lies in her philosophy:

What I will tell you is that I didn’t take the generic route to running a successful business! And I’m guessing you might not have either? In fact, what is the conventional route? Is there one? In business I think each and every one of us have a unique path in business…

That said, I’m also nosy, just like you and I adore a good behind the scenes and have many girl crushes on super successful women killing it in their field!
